Process for optimal nutrition

Kimmel's homestyle canned tuna contains only natural ingredients; just premium quality, plump, young, albacore tuna, water and salt.

First, we hand fillet, trim, wash, and inspect the fish. Then we pack the raw tuna into 6oz. Kerr CANNING JARS, with it's own juices and oils, the jars are then stacked in a large pressure cooker and cooked according to FDA specifications.

We don't put our tuna in cans, because we want our customers to see and taste the quality of our product, and that's the way Mom and Grandma have always done it.

The Premium Albacore tuna is cooked only once, retaining it's natural EFA's 0 Essential Fatty Acids, for your good health.
